These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and KOF888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the KOF888 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at kof888.cam and any associated mobile applications, products, or services (collectively, "the Services").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of the KOF888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account. KOF888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual player account registered with KOF888, comprising the player's credentials, balance, transaction history, and associated personal information.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of cleared, verified funds currently held in a Player's Account, including both real-money deposits and credited bonus funds where separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account, subject to separate Bonus Terms.
• "Game" means any casino game, table game, slot, live dealer game, fishing game, crash game, or instant game made available through the KOF888 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which KOF888 confirms a player's identity, age, and residency prior to processing withdrawals or at the Platform's discretion.
• "Platform" means the KOF888 website at kof888.cam, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law or KOF888 policy.
• "Wager" means a single bet or stake placed on a Game or sporting event through the KOF888 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wagering amount a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds or associated winings may be converted to withdrawable Real Money funds.

To register and maintain an active KOF888 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. KOF888 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players and does not permit participation by individuals under this age under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure).
• You have not previously been excluded from KOF888 or any associated platform under a self-exclusion programme or disciplinary closure order.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and the funds you deposit are your own and not derived from unlawful activity.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by enforceable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of KOF888 or any of its service providers in a role that would give you access to non-public platform information.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the KOF888 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address (including city — e.g., Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam or elsewhere in Malaysia), email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. KOF888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify KOF888 immediately through our live support channel if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

KOF888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and witholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

KOF888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) through the following approved payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change.

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.

Withdrawal requests may only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into your account or to a verified payment method in your legal name. KOF888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

KOF888 will process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding compliance review. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically processed fastest; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. KOF888 is not responsible for currency conversion costs imposed by third-party payment providers.

KOF888 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referal rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to individual Bonus Terms and Conditions which are published at the time of each promotion and form part of this Agreement.

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are available to one account per player, household, per IP address, and per device.
• KOF888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses acquired through fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive means — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts — will be forfeited and the relevant account(s) closed.
• Certain games may contribute differently (or not at all) towards the completion of wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified within individual Bonus Terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any uncompleted wagering and associated bonus balances will be removed upon expiry.

All bets placed through KOF888 — whether on casino games, sports events including English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, or any other market — are governed by the specific rules applicable to that game or sport as published on the Platform, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game or betting rules.
• KOF888 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error in odds, mispricing, system malfunction, or where an event outcome has been affected by verified match-fixing or irregular activity.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during gameplay, KOF888 will resolve the outcome based on server logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum bet limits apply and are displayed within each game or market. KOF888 may impose additional limits on individual accounts at its discretion.
• Mix Parlay bets are subject to minimum and maximum selection rules as displayed at the time of bet placement. All individual selections within a parlay must be valid for the parlay to stand.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the Platform under any identity or combination of identifying details.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any Game.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or lopholes — any winings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from unlawful sources or engaging in any form of money laundering through the Platform.
• Collusion with other players in table games, poker, or any game where player interaction is a factor.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or other strategies designed to circumvent the risk model of promotions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any circumvention technology.
• Facilitating or encouraging any third party to engage in any of the above prohibited conduct.

KOF888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months without any login or transactional activity.
• Player request — players may request account closure at any time through our live support team.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own violation of these Terms, KOF888 reserves the right to withold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., inactivity or player-initiated closure), verified real-money balances will be returned to the player through their most recently used verified payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KOF888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.

KOF888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Services. KOF888 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by KOF888's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

KOF888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Player data is used for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where consent has been given — promotional communications. KOF888 does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.

KOF888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of player-protection tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express prior written permission of KOF888.

KOF888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email notification to the address registered on their account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the KOF888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which KOF888 holds its operating licence, currently Curacao.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent KOF888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

Malaysian players acknowledge that online gambling occupies a complex legal position in Malaysia and agree that KOF888 bears no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from a player's decision to access the Platform from within Malaysia.
